Two ways to build your production program

Both paths run through the same six-stage process below, starting from a different point.

Production follows your own tech pack and specification. We manufacture to your pattern, fabric and trim requirements.

Development starts from our fabric base and existing block patterns, which we then adapt to your brand’s sizing, colour and styling requirements.

The Process

Step 1

Share your product category, target quantity, fabric preference and timeline. We confirm feasibility and next steps.

Step 2

Fabric options are confirmed and patterns are engineered and graded in CAD, ready for sample cutting.

Step 3

A physical sample is produced against your specification or tech pack for review and sign-off.

Step 4

Approved patterns move to computerized cutting and production sewing lines for bulk manufacturing.

Step 5

Incoming fabric, inline and final inspection stages check construction, fit and finish.

Step 6

Finished goods are folded, packed to specification and prepared for international shipment.
